A former Meals on Wheels Executive Director has been charged by Niagara Regional Police.
In October, a report came in to authorities about the fraud, while 55-year-old Anita Postma was arrested an charged yesterday with fraud over $5000.
Police say she had allegedly stolen $118,000 from the organization without authorization. She’ll appear in court in April.
