Road closed and detour signs w barrier up close
Drivers and the public are advised that Rice Road at Quaker Road in Welland will be closed to through traffic on Wednesday, August 7th from 7:00am to 5:00pm.
The closure is necessary to repair a watermain leak, and during this time, Emergency Services will not have through access.
