The SmartCentre on Woodlawn Road in Welland is hoping to add six new tenants, with the goal of being open next spring.
Pet Valu and Taco Bell are two that have reported to committed to the site, which is located across the parking lot from Mark’s Work Warehouse on Woodlawn, just west of the 406.
More parking will also be added, while the new build is expected to be about 15,000 square feet.
