New Wainfleet school set to open its doors to students

A new school in Wainfleet is opening its doors to students for the first time in September.

Niagara West MPP Sam Oosterhoff announced yesterday that the new joint Marshville Public School and St. Elizabeth Catholic Elementary School will open its doors.

The project received $18.5 million from the District School Board of Niagara and $5.4 million from the Niagara Catholic District School Board.

The school will offer 587 elementary spaces and 49 child care spaces.
