Today is World Tourism Day, and Niagara Falls Tourism is celebrating in a big way.
The tourism authority is supporting a new initiative, called 100 Travel Innovations, which will feature stories from around the globe that highlight efforts to improve lives through tourism. Locally, Niagara Falls Tourism is encouraging visitors and members to embrace eco-friendly practices to protect the region’s natural beauty.
The first 100 innovations focus on biodiversity, climate resilience, and cultural preservation, with more ideas to follow, inspiring responsible travel and meaningful change.
