A Smithville man has been arrested in connection to a homicide earlier this year.
On April 26th, Cathy Prosje was found deceased in her home near Lindan and Alma in Smithville, while police said in an August release that her laptop was missing.
Yesterday, 42-year-old Joseph Villneff was arrested and charged with first degree murder. Police say the suspect and victim shared their home.
