Niagara College’s Motive Power program is getting a boost from the federal government, which will be matched by the College, to enhance training in hybrid and electric vehicle technology.
The over $365,000 in funding will be used to purchase new electric vehicles, battery and charging equipment, ensuring students gain in-demand skills for the evolving auto industry.
MP Vance Badawey announced the investment, calling it a “smart investment in the future of green technology.”
