With colder weather approaching, Niagara Regional Police are warning about increased auto theft risks.
Thieves often target vehicles left running and unattended, particularly those with keys in the ignition.
Farm trucks are also vulnerable when keys are left inside or stored in easy-to-access locations.
Police recommend never leaving your vehicle running and unattended, even to warm it up, and securing farm trucks with keys stored in a locked, safe place.
