
MPP Sam Oosterhoff has once again been re-elected in Niagara West by over 9000 votes.
He defeated Liberal candidate Shauna Boyle and NDP candidate Dave Augustyn by more than 50% percent of the vote.
Oosterhoff says talking to everyday people is what he feels led to his success in Niagara West.
Audio PlayerWhile the Progressive Conservatives formed another majority government, it was the NDP that won the Niagara Falls, Niagara Centre and St. Catharines ridings. Oosterhoff says despite party lines, it will be important to work with them.
