Niagara Regional Police have charged a man after a serious crash in Grimsby last week.
On Thursday afternoon, a transport truck travelling north on Christie Street his a grey Ford Focus, causing the truck to hit a guardrail alongside the QEW overpass.
After investigation, police have charged the driver of the truck, a 70-year-old Burlington man, with failing to stop for a red light.
There were no injuries reported.
