An eye doctor from Niagara Falls is celebrating a lottery win.
Arthur Atkinson matched 6 of 7 ENCORE numbers earlier this year to take home a $100,000 cash prize.
The father of four says he will help those in need, his family, and tackle some home renovations.
The winning ticket was purchased at Avondale on Montrose Road.
