The YMCA is kicking off its Stronger Together Campaign this morning, with hopes of raising money to help benefit children, youth and families in the region.
A campaign launch is being held this morning at the YMCA’s location in Welland, with speakers including St. Catharines Mayor Mat Siscoe, YMCA of Niagara CEO Christian Wulff, and Welland Director of Community Service Jessica Ruddel.
Each year, the campaign helps fund programs such as day camps, community youth programs, and aquatics across the region. The YMCA will also hand out its annual Peace Medals.
