Three broadband infrastructure projects have brought high-speed Internet to over 5400 underserved homes and businesses in Niagara, MPP Sam Oosterhoff has announced.
The Southwestern Integrated Fibre Technology 1.0 initiative funded two Bell Canada networks spanning 245 km and a Cogeco network covering 53 km.
Communities like Wainfleet, Grimsby Centre, and Wellandport now enjoy improved connectivity, thanks to over $25 million invested in Niagara’s broadband infrastructure.
