Welland Wine Rack is hosting an Easter Bottle Drive to support the Welland chapter of the Niagara SPCA and Humane Society. From 9-5 on Easter, anyone can stop by and drop off their empties, which will be converted to cash and donated to the SPCA that Monday. ***The store will not be profiting off the bottle drive.***
